Meet Your Attorney

Aglaë S. Van den Bergh (also known as "Aggie") is the founder of Stellar Law PLLC and focuses her practice on helping individuals, families, and business owners plan for the future with clarity and confidence. Her work is guided by a belief that good legal planning is not just about documents, but about people, relationships, and peace of mind.

She is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex legal concepts in a way that clients find clear and reassuring. Clients value not only her technical knowledge, but also her calm, steady guidance through decisions that often feel overwhelming or emotional.

Aggie has been a licensed attorney since 2016.  She started her career as a litigation attorney in Honolulu, Hawaii, before moving to Florida and becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2021.​

Originally from Leuven, Belgium, Aggie was recruited to play NCAA Division I Tennis at the University of Hawaii, where she competed in both singles and doubles for four years and obtained dual degrees in Finance and International Business, and a Certificate in Spanish.  In her senior year, she won the clinching match for her team in the 2012 Western Athletic Conference Championship.

Outside of work, Aggie loves spending quality time with her husband and their two little boys.
